Policy for articles on unaired episodes[]

From Zukogray's talk page: Hey! I got an idea for the vandalism! How about unless you have proof that something is real, you can't post it. Like I could write the basic summary for the Tween Choice episode because I had a link to a webpage where someone talked about the Tween Choice taping. You can't post without a reference. Haha, sorry, I'm just chalk full of ideas. Kaliet 01:19, August 12, 2010 (UTC)

Overall I like this idea (it's one I've wanted to suggest, but being the sole active admin, I really didn't want to come across as a dictator). I do have a few concerns, though. Like, what do we do if, instead of giving a link, some just says "I bought the script" or "I went to the filming"? If we allowed those as references, while the new policy would be an improvement, it would still partially be an honor system, and I wonder if there's any way to... minimize that, I guess. But, there could always be a special template to be used to tag pages that only cite a script or a taping.
I don't know.. opinions? ---Zukogray 02:09, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
Well if it deals with guest stars, we should find somewhere where it states they where on SWAC. Like imdb, their twitter, facebook, a video of the taping, etc. With episodes...well, right now they aren't filming any episodes. I already have the full episode list. But if there really isn't any references, and the episode itself sounds legit...I don't really know how to bypass that. I mean, most fake episodes do sound fake, though. So you're saying we should require proof even if it sounds legit, or we shouldn't? I'm a little unclear on what you're saying :D ---Zukogray 02:50, August 14, 2010 (UTC)
